I love frozen yogurt. As a matter of fact, I sometimes have frozen yogurt for lunch, I know, that's not great but it works for me occassionally. But instead of spending my money on the inflated prices of frozen yogurt I have recently discovered a new way to eat store bought yogurt. I put it in the freezer a couple hours before I want to eat it and then stir it up and it is the perfect frozen consistentcy. My favorite right now is Trader Joe's Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt, it is so rich and creamy and not too sweet, YUM!
